Agreement between User and Adonai Integrative Medicine’s website

Adonai Integrative Medicine (“AIM”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Adonai Integrative Medicine website (the “Service”–www.AIMintegrativemed.com). AIM’s website is comprised of various web pages offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Adonai Integrative Medicine’s website is an E-Commerce Site. This Site may include a variety of features, such as health tips and videos, services provided at Adonai Integrative Medicine, our online supplement store, email, and patient portal services.

    • oAIM assumes NO responsibility for data breeches or the misuse of Personal Information associated with third-party sites, services, or fee collection.
    • oAIM maintains authority to update third-party providers at any time. By ordering and paying for services via a third party, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed within this webpage.
  • ALL payments made to Adonai Integrative Medicine via E-commerce are final. Under special circumstances, if AIM owes you a refund due to an overpayment or credit balance, we will issue a refund after our billing department has verified the overpayment. Please contact us with any questions.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
